AdminPulse can send payment reminders (emails).
Send reminders automaticallyClick on the cogwheel icon in the top right corner of your screen to open the general settings. In the section Payment monitoring, switch on Autosend Reminders.
Then click Reminder settings in the settings menu.
By default AdminPulse will automatically send reminders according to these settings:
- depending on the number of days before or after the due date.
- the same email can be resend. Fill in the repetition in the "Frequency" column.
- AdminPulse will register the reminder in the log. This registration will be saved for a limited amount of time.
Send a reminder manuallyClick on More actions in the invoice overview and choose Mail reminder.
Use a template or type a message and click on Send emails.
