► Determine which employees are allowed to view which files
Divide your employees into teams (and possibly sub-teams) and assign teams to a relation. If at least one team is linked to the relation only the employees of these linked teams have access to the relation, to their documents, ... and they only can do time registration, perform tasks for it, ...
If no team is linked to the relation, all employees will see the file.
You create teams via the settings menu (gear icon at the top right of your screen).
Link one or more teams to the relation in the "Identification" section of the relation file.
