Using VAT declarations you can import several relations at once onto AdminPusle. You can do so by using the Documents screen. There you upload the declaration and AdminPulse will recognise it and will automatically create the relations that do not exist yet in the system.
In order to load a document, you go to the Document screen. On the upper left hand you have the Drop Zone, to where you can drag and drop documents as well as browse through your computer and select the document you want to upload.
Once the receipt is recognized, AdminPulse will split it into a document per file. These split documents will then be linked to the relations, while the original document will not be linked, but will remain in the Documents. Moreover, AdminPulse will also check whether these relationships already exist. If this is not the case, they will also be created automatically.
