Click New relation in the menu Relation Files. Creating a relation can be done in 3 ways: from the CBE, with an eID, or manually
Add through search in CBE
AdminPulse can copy information from the Belgian Crossroad Bank for Enterprises. Insert a part of the enterprise name or the enterprise number and select the relation.
Add a relation via an eID
Here you can add a relation with an eID. The eID software must be installed. Download it from here.
Add a relation manually
If the relation can't be found in the CBE (yet), or if the relation is foreign, or the relation is a private person, you can add the relation manually.
Company, sole proprietor or person?
Choose Company if the new relation has a legal form (like ltd).
Choose Sole proprietor if the new relation is a one-man-business.
Choose Person if the new relation doesn't have a legal form.
The relation type can always be changed afterwards.
Prospect, customer, own company or other?
If you want to be able to link registrations of work or costs to this relation, choose Customer or Prospect.
If you also want to be able to enter invoice settings, choose Customer.
You create your own company to record time that will not be invoiced.
Choose Other if you only want to save contact informations for this relation.
This setting can always be changed afterwards.
The country where the relation is located.
Fill these before proceeding. If you don't know the VAT number, select "VAT pending". Later you can insert the VAT number in the relation file.
These are optional and can also be completed later via the relation file.
