Registrations to invoice
To invoice a registration, first you have to make an invoice proposal from the registrations. You can see these registrations at Open registrations. Click Make invoice proposal in case you want to create an invoice proposal for the given relation, based on all open registrations.
This is the page in which you make your invoices and credit notes.
Edit an invoice proposal
You can expand an invoice proposal to see the invoice lines. Expand an invoice line to see which registrations were made for this invoice line. Any invoice proposal can be adapted manually before you create an invoice and send it to the customer.
If a field is editable you can click on it and edit the content. Changed values are in orange.
Do you want to reset the registration? Click on the "Reset to registered values" button.
Click on the "Add registration" button to manually add a registration to an invoice line.
Click on the "Add invoice line" button below the invoice proposal to manually add an invoice line.
AdminPulse can apply discounts, either registration based, customer based or invoice based. Read more about the types of discounts.
To add a discount to the invoice proposal, click the following button.
You can add attachment(s) to the invoice proposal by clicking the button below.
To change the transaction type of the invoice, click on this button.
If you decide not to invoice a registration: switch it to "Don't invoice"
If you want to postpone an invoice, a single invoice line or a registration, put it back in "To invoice".
Change the order of the invoice lines by clicking the arrow buttons.
Do you see a warning sign in front of the customer? This means that some important information for billing is still missing before you can create the invoice. You can complete this information in the relation file. Click on the warning icon to open the relation file.
Preview, number and send an invoice
If all changes are done, you can preview the invoice that will be send.
To create an invoice, click on "Number invoice". The invoice will be created but not sent.
To create and send immediately according to the settings in the relation file, click on "Number and send invoice".
This is an overview of all your invoices and credit notes. The header shows a summary of all invoices. Click on an invoice to see the details.

The different options are:
||Download the invoice (e-fff and pdf) as a .zip file.|
||Send the invoice by email. You can choose the addressee(s).|
||Send an email reminder. You can choose the addressee(s).|
||Mark the invoice as sent.|
||Add an attachment to the invoice.|
|Check the emails that were already sent.|
|See the invoice history.|
||Copy all of the lines of this invoice and make a new invoice proposal.|
||Make a credit note of this invoice. This opens the proposal for this credit note containing the same lines as the invoice.|
||Edit the numbered invoice. Please pay attention: the original invoice number is not changed! If the original invoice was sent, the status of the changed invoice is still "sent"|
Action buttons for multiple invoices at the same time
Switch on the check boxes in front of the invoices. This activates the action buttons in the top bar:
||Export the selected invoices with Admin-Export. Without selection all invoices which have not been previously exported, will be selected.|
||Download as .xml and .pdf files (in a .zip file).|
||Open in merged PDF.|
||Open as separate PDF files.|
