If you have many registrations, it can be useful to filter them. This can be done on the overview screen of your registrations. You can set a filter to show the relevant registrations. Do this per user, per relation, per period, or a combination of these. You will immediately see how much time and for what amount has been registered according to the setting of the filters.
You can also sort the results or filter them by type (time, product / cost or distance) or by invoice status (not invoiced, on a draft invoice or already invoiced).
The column Invoice shows you whether the registration has already been invoiced, either on an invoice proposal or on a numbered invoice, in which case the relevant invoice number is displayed. Both can be clicked to navigate to the relevant invoice proposal or invoice.
From this screen it is possible to add, edit or delete non-invoiced registrations to a new invoice proposal.
If an invoice proposal exists for this customer, the registration can be deleted or returned as To invoice. A registration that is already on an invoice proposal can only be viewed here.
Invoiced registrations can only be viewed from this screen, no longer added, changed or restored.
The registration overview can be exported to Excel. If a filter is set, all results within this filter will be exported.
