• (Sub)task is automatically ticked via VAT listing
You can drag the listing receipt to the document drop zone and AdminPulse will process the file: (sub)taks will be ticked, the file will be split in case it contains several relations, and each part will be linked tot the correct relation. You can configure these setting in "Taskflow configuration".
• Option to tick subtasks or main tasks
AdminPulse now allows you to choose whether you want only the subtask to be ticked or if you immediately want the main task to be ticked. When configuring the "Taskflow configuration" you can just leave the sub task empty.
• Administrative cost
In the general settings you can opt for an extra administrative cost that will be added to each invoice. If not applicable to all relations, you can adapt this setting on the relation file
• Advance/settlement on a seperate invoice
This is also a new option in the general settings. In case you want to apply a different setting for a specific relation, you can do so in the relation file.
• Employee on invoice details
On the invoice details you can now also add the employee's name. In order to use this setting, you need to adapt the invoice template. We've added some example templates you can use to guide you.
Extra search fields have been added to the relations overview, amongst others "end fiscal year" and "VAT periodicity". The more advanced search options can be used by clicking on "advanced filters".
•Structured message on the VAT advance for sole proprietor
You can find this setting in the Accountant information section
A new status "to be requested" has been added to make the necessary follow-up easier.
• New icons on the bar above the relation files
The labels have been replaced by icons. By clicking on one of them you go directly to the corresponding page.
A separate screen has been created for the document templates. You can find this screen in the general settings.
