The relationship timeline provides a handy overview of all communication that you or a colleague have had with a relationship. On the timeline you can add notes, meeting reports or phone calls. E-mails that the customer has sent to your AdminPulse inbox will also appear in the timeline.
This way, you can easily keep notes and important information about a relationship and share them with colleagues, without an external tool.
You can view the timeline of a relationship in two ways, both from the context of one specific relationship.
- On the relation overview you can navigate to the timeline using the button below.
- On the relation file you can click on the date of the "last contact" of the relation to navigate to the timeline.
Information on the timeline
On the timeline you can find the following interactions:
- Meeting reports
- Phone calls
- E-mails sent to your AdminPulse inbox. More information can be found here.
Using the buttons on the left side of the screen you can add a new report. A report always consists of a date, a title and a description. You can choose not to fill in a title, but to fill in a description, or vice versa.
In addition to the interaction that will be created, you can also add a time registration from this screen. This can be used, for example, when you want to register your time during a phone call.
Add interaction through registration
It is also possible to add an interaction when you make a registration. In the registration form you can indicate whether this is a note, meeting report or phone call and also this interaction will automatically be added to the timeline of the relation.
